We wanted to tell you what a wonderful job you did in designing our kitchen. We love the way it looks (what a huge improvement), but even more importantly, we absolutely love how functional it is! At last, we have plenty of handy storage and the pull-out garbage and vertical pan storage are perfect! We use the island as our primary food preparation area and can just pull out the garbage and sort compost and garbage and sweep it right in. Yay! Thank you so much for your wise counsel and handholding. We are grateful for both, and more!

As part of our renovations, we planned to redo two bathrooms with extensive tiling and wanted to build a custom solution for placement of the television in the living room. Kristen came up with an idea for a custom cabinet that would fit the television into a unique cabinet design that would fit snugly into the stone fireplace wall. The result has been the envy of all in our condominium community that has seen it. My wife and I were also nervous about selecting tiles, cabinetry etc. for the bathrooms. As my wife says, she knows what she wants when she sees it but, like me, is boggled by all the potential choices. Matching multiple tile designs for walls, showers, bathroom floors along with cabinetry and fixtures seemed a herculean task to us. Kristen took us to multiple locations for the choices we had to make. Along the way she provided the right balance of guidance combined with enabling my wife to make choices unique to her wishes. Somehow, she was able to keep in her mind, or by taking samples from vendor to vendor, how each choice would match with other choices. As a result, the experience of making choices was enjoyable rather than intimidating. The result was incredible.
